Dream Cart LLC Shipping Policy

Here at Dream Cart LLC, we strive to get your favorite products to you quickly and efficienlty. Our shipping policy oulines the details of our shipping process, including processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. 

  • Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

In times of high demand or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed via email.

  • Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Dream Cart Goodies offers the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat Rate $9.99. Delivery between 10-15 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Flate Rate $19.99. Delivery between 6-8 business days.
  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders above $80.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

  • Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

  • International Shipping

We’re proud to offer international shipping to selected countries.

International Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10-20 business days. Flat rate of $19.99.

International Express Shipping: Delivery within 8-10 business days. Flat rate of $24.99.

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on your location . Also some remote areas may have longer delivery times or limited service.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For International orders, all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility. Dream Cart LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

  • Missing, Lost or  Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us at support@dreamcartllc.com . with your order number and we will investigate the issue.

Please note that we are not responsible for the packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Dream Cart LLC is also not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
